Discotexas

[edit]

Discotexas (often abbreviated as DTX) is an electronic music label founded in Lisbon, Portugal. Established in 2007 by Moullinex and Xinobi also known as Luis Clara Gomes and Bruno Cardoso, respectively.[1]

Initially conceived as a loose collective orchestrating parties within Lisbon's music landscape, DTX evolved into a platform for releasing music. During this evolution, the label embraced other artists, who resonated with their creative vision. Collaboration was always central to Discotexas's approach, encouraging creative synergy among its artists. Since its inception, DTX has been celebrated for its distinctive sound and diverse roster.[1][2]

Discotexas' audience is dispersed across the globe. Their artists actively interact with audiences through curated playlists on music streaming services. This engagement has contributed to the label's growing recognition worldwide.[3]
