Link Logistics is an American logistics and real estate investment company headquartered in New York City.

History

[edit]

Link Logistics was founded in early 2019 after Blackstone merged several of its portfolio companies.[1] In June of 2019 it acquired the United States portfolio of GLP for $19 billion, which was one of the largest deals ever between two private companies.[1] The company became the largest logistics real estate operator working exclusively in the United States, with the intention of the "last-mile" solution in the logistics supply chain.[2][3]

As of 2025, the company’s properties include facilities in major metropolitan areas, including Southern California, South Florida, Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, New Jersey, and the San Francisco Bay Area.[4]

Sustainability

[edit]

In May 2025, Link Logistics partnered with solar-power company Reactivate to develop and operate solar panels across parts of the 500 million square feet of facilities.[5]

Link Logistics was awarded the Energy Star Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award for three consecutive years, in 2022, 2023, and 2024.[6] The company also partners with The American Forest Foundation and The Nature Conservancy to prioritize sustainable supply chains, including $5 million in financial support.[7]
