Universal Identification Number Systems (UUIS) is a globally unique, cryptographically secure identifier system designed for the international classification and identification of all entities, including individuals, organizations, vehicles, devices, and other objects. Each entity is assigned a 256–512 bit identifier, enabling standardized identity management, hierarchical metadata encoding, and cross-sector interoperability.[1] [2]

The UUIS project was initiated in 2025 to create a unified and secure global identity framework. Development focused on a robust cryptographic foundation using SHA-3 and elliptic curve algorithms to ensure global uniqueness and prevent collisions. Pilot programs were conducted in multiple regions to validate the system's performance, scalability, and cross-sector compatibility, including traffic management, healthcare, finance, education, and IoT infrastructures.
