Disambiguation or removal?
[edit](Full disclosure, I am the CEO of BrontoSource)
I just learned about this company (which functionally doesn't exist anymore) when it caused a bit of confusion for a potential customer. I would like to avoid the ambiguity, but don't want to be rude or overreach.
My understanding is that there are notability requirements for wikipedia articles and I do not think a defunct company that no longer has its own webpage qualifies. Speaking as a lifetime expert in software engineering, it is also unheard of.
It also confuses things for my company BrontoSource[1] and the unrelated startup Bronto[2].
I doubt that either BrontoSource or bronto.io qualify for the notability requirements either, but am open to writing article for each of them if you prefer disambiguation to removal. MattKulukundis (talk) 14:19, 24 October 2025 (UTC)
