Power spec contradiction

I removed the "12 W" from the infobox. The specs listed "12 W" but also "10 V 700 mA". I guess 12W was the adapter's rating and 7W was the device's actual draw. Kept the 10V/700mA as it's more specific; removed the 12W to avoid confusion.
