I fully agree with the above proposal by GenQuest the dot is unnecessary as almost all similar templates such as {{Done}} don't have it. The double image is already confusing enough. The bold is enough to distinguish it from the signature:

I have added these minor changes to {{Merge done/sandbox}} (see also {{Merge done/testcases}}). The template should be replaced with {{Merge done/sandbox}}:

Add a colon when the |1= parameter is given, like similar templates.
Use "merge" instead of "merger", since it's the more popular version used to call the process.
Implemented the above suggestion for "completed" instead of "complete", since it's clearer.
