Yellow Marshmallow Shorts is an animated short webseries created by the Scratch user Yellow_Marshello40_2. The first season was shared from 9 May 2025 to 6 June 2025. The second season (Yellow Marshmallow Shorts²) was first shared on 28 July 2025. A halloween special was shared on 31 October 2025.
The creator is known for prior to the series, posting projects on Scratch involving his characters. Yellow, his first main character, was introduced on 9 December 2020. Minty, his second main character, was introduced on 9 July 2024. He is also known for creating "add yourself" projects.

Every episode involves the Mallows, Yellow, Minty, and Berry, as they do a random activity every episode.

[edit]- Yellow Marshmallow is a yellow marshmallow. According to the creator's Scratch project "Welcome!", Yellow is very athletic.
- Minty Marshmallow is a mint-colored marshmallow. According to the creator's Scratch project "Welcome!", Minty is always loyal to Yellow, but likes to ruin his life.
- Berry Marshmallow is a berry-colored marshmallow. We do not know much about him as he was introduced not too long ago, but he has a tongue that can extend its length.
- Sticky Stickman is a stickman with a blue scarf. Yellow and Sticky were friends, until Yellow found more Mallows and Sticky felt like he was forgotten. So he hid in his house for 4 years until he was found in "Missing Stickman (PART 2)".
Character origins
[edit]On 9 December 2020, Yellow was introduced to the programming language Scratch. He is the first known Mallow character to be made by Yellow_Marshello40_2.
On 25 January 2021, Sticky made his first appearance in the project "Add Yourself In Ball Rush! (10)". His last appearance until this series was in the project "WAZZUP!!! (idk)", which was shared on 26 January 2021.
Yellow was the only Mallow character for a while before on 8 July 2024, in the project "NEW MARSHMALLOW OC TOMORROW!!!!!", the creator announced an unnamed new Mallow character. This character turned out to be Minty, the second Mallow character.
On 29 December 2024, a teaser project called "News at the end of the year!!!!" was shared. Where Yellow is seen licking a unknown purple substance. 2 days later, on 31 December 2024, Berry, the third Mallow character, was introduced.
