I am fixing a nomination (see talk page and history for details). Rationale is (essntially): "Not notable. Not encyclopedic [...] obscure and trivial.". I personally disagree. (Liberatore, 2006). 19:11, 13 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete, not very many related Google hits for philberth transformer or philbert transformer, and most of them were pages in French which just happened to have the French word transformer ("to transform" I guess?) in them. Also has the worst diagram ever in it. It seems pretty obscure to me right now, though I admit I'm not familiar with the subject matter. I'd reconsider if someone made a case for notability, of course. Recury 19:41, 13 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
