Qworty claims that the article lacks reliable sources (WP:RS) to establish that the subject meets Wikipedia's General Notability Guidelines (WP:GNG) and that the article seems to be overly promotional (WP:PROMO). Yes, it does refer to that page - however, the information on the page is factual in nature, and does not express an opinion.
