- It was immediately followed by another by Caspian blue in a tit for tat move on 11:59, 14 June 2008. Caspian blue is one of the group of editors avoid discussion on the talk page but reverting the article to a previous form. My edits have not been reversions but continued development of the topic.
- I would like to reopen this case adding to three new elements, my current dynamically provided IPs and Davkal
- At 02:37, 15 June 2008 an allegation was made by Rlevse that I was a previous blocked user Davkal and I know this not to be true nor sustainable by the IPs. He used this as an excuse to block my account.
- Further Rlevse claims that I was User:207.112.75.189 which is an IP address in Canada. I am in Japan (but not Japanese).
- Please note, I am not on a static DSL line. I am given a new dynamic address IP each time I dial up. I had only had to register a user account AFTER EDITING in order to file an admin notice.
- This is not the same as sockpuppetry. If you check Caspian blue is a pro-Korean contributor that has been persistently gaming the system - including specifically publicizing the geographic location of my IP range, as I have chose to make edits on Japanese related topics such as Comfort women. --222.150.190.12 (talk) 02:28, 16 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Note: I did put a suspect tag re Davkal on Documentingabuse's page. This is not the same as saying he is Davkal. See SSP case too. - Comment. This is NOT a Japanese-Korean dispute, BUT the anon's blatant disregard of Wiki policies. None violates 3RR or even revert more than 2 times except the anon/sockpuppeter and Blueshirts (the latter was fighting against the anon's near vandalism). I once restored your edit, and you came to my talk page and poured personal attacks on my talk page. Don't make up your problem to look like a nationalistic battle. I noticed your lawless activities (5RR violation, 11RR violation, repeated block evasion, sockpuppetry, and vandalising the page:removed the checkuser's result), so reported. That's all. I'm not interested in the article, and don't lie about 3RR report and my political view. I think the anon is not capable of any communication. - Good point, there is more than Japan/Korea here, his disruption and edit warring, plus Documentingabuse's user user to
redirect to 207.112.75.189, which DID make a death threat. He admits he's on dynamic IPs, so I suggest once the CUs look at this, that even if he's not Davkal, a range block be done. but the redirection on the users page User_talk:Documentingabuse was to REDIRECT User_talk:222.150.193.35, the link is here [1]. Loud and clear mate.
the same ip address is also clear in the history.
Rlevse did not "put a tag on him". Rlevse blocked him indefinitely on the basis of being "a suspected sock puppet of Davkal" without any proof at all. its here....[2].
look at the subjects matter of their edits. they're entirely different. It is here......[3].
the named account was only made on 14 June 2008....the edits on the article were made before it was made.......so h ow could he edit while logged out? this is when he start to use it.....
