Al-Madina Sports Cultural & Social Club (Arabic: النادي المدينة الرياضي الثقافي الاجتماعي) known as Al-Madina SCSC or simply Al-Madina is a Libyan football and basketball club based in Tripoli, Libya. It is the only Libyan team that has never been relegated to a lower division. [2]
