4zida is an online platform specialized in real estate advertising in Serbia. It is part of the Inspira Group, one of the country’s largest internet business groups. The company is headquartered in Subotica, and the platform was launched in 2011.

History

[edit]

The platform was founded with the goal of enabling fast and transparent real estate advertising and search on the Serbian market. Over the years, 4zida has become the leader in the number of property listings for sale in Belgrade and all major cities (Niš, Novi Sad, Kragujevac, and Subotica), as well as one of the most visited platforms in Serbia for buying and renting apartments, houses, and commercial spaces. On the 4zida web portal, listings are posted by individuals, real estate agencies, investors, and legal entities.

According to 2025 data, the site records more than one million monthly users, 80,000 active listings, and around 250 new construction projects.

Features

[edit]

In addition to its core property listings, 4zida provides users with free additional tools and information such as:

• display of average real estate price trends[1]

• property value estimation

• mortgage and cash loan calculators

• educational guides for selling, buying, renting, and leasing

• legal advice

The platform continuously researches market needs and introduces new features, including, among others, an AI-powered advanced property search tool, distance-based search, and story-style listing displays.

Impact and Market Position

[edit]

4zida stands out as one of the most important players in the real estate advertising market in Central and Eastern Europe. Thanks to its large user base and broad range of listings, the platform exerts a significant influence on market trends, including price transparency and the accessibility of information.
