It was incorporated on 18th May 2016 as a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom, with its registered office in Watford, Hertfordshire.[1]. The company operates within the information technology and services sector and develops solutions in areas including big Data, machine learning, geospatial intelligence, data processing platforms, enterprise resource planning (ERP) services, artificial intelligence, machine learning , augmented reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). In addition to its main office in the United Kingdom, it has operations in the Netherlands and India. [2]

In 2025 Xpertnest was listed among the fastest growing companies in the United Kingdom by Business Leader's Growth 500 ranking. [3]

History

2016 Xpertnest founded in May 2016 by Arun Kar a military veteran [4], Chintan Panara, a technologist; and Pradip Butani, a finance strategist [5]

In 2019, Xpertnest began focusing on smart city technologies, aiming to address growing urban challenges such as traffic congestion, energy management, and service delivery inefficiencies. The company combined its technical expertise in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and IOT with strategic business consulting to develop integrated solutions tailored to specific needs of individual cities [6].

In August 2020, Xpertnest, developed the BCP Beach check app stop the overcrowding [7] and to assist with social distancing on beaches in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. The app provides real time information on beach congestion using traffic light system, helping users identify less crowded areas. It also gives details lifeguard availability m open facilities, and local bylaws. The app was created in response to overcrowding incidents in June 20220 and aims to support public safety during the covid-19 pandemic. [8] This is Europe's first innovative beach crowd management app, developed by BCP council is set for national rollout with additional funding from the MHCLG Local Digital Fund [9][10].

In 2022, Silverstone, known as the home of the British Grand Prix, showcased innovative 5g technology by using 360 degree cameras and a portable 5G network to provide live, immersive footage accessible via a free app [11] and virtual reality headsets. the festival features historic racing cars and family entertainment, including driving experiences, live music, sports coaching and food events. In 2023, Xpertnest listed a corporate bond on a global stock exchange[14][15][16].

In 2024, Xpertnest invested $1 million dollar in BaratEarns to drive innovation in India's financial ecosystem [17][18].

In 2025, Xpertnest listed as fastest Growth500 Companies in Business Leader[19], Xpertnest’s crossed $100M+ Global Technology Enterprise [20] [21]
