Hey, I am Romain Pinteaux, a researcher based in Berlin, Germany. I studied art history, philosophy, queer studies and film studies in France, where I come from, but also in Sweden and in Canada.

I have been working for several years in the Archives & Collections of the Schwules Museum in Berlin, where I had the chance to meet many thrilling artists. I am now committed to highlighting these artists and acts ists on wikipedia to counter the erasure of queer people in history.

To my research topics belong the history of HIV/AIDS, Critical Medical Humanities and the history of Underground and Queer Scenes in New York in the 1980s.
