CN on 2024–25 Formula E World Championship

[edit]

Hi there,

the page https://results.fiaformulae.com/ would be able to fulfill your CN tag on the Formula E page - there is just no way (that I can see) to get links to specific documents, e.g. an event entry list that would confirm rounds entered, car names and entrant names.

If you have an idea how to handle this, let me know! Cheers, Hmnphl (talk) 18:41, 11 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, that is frustrating that we can't link to specific documents. Let me look into that. Cerebral726 (talk) 18:58, 11 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Awesome!

Dude, that live picture of Cory Wong is mad sexy. What a grab! Panini! 🥪 06:49, 12 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks so much! That's so kind of you to say! Cerebral726 (talk) 15:34, 12 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, @Cerebral726! On 3 January 2023 you flagged this article as being closely paraphrased. It has 75 sources. Would you please let me know which one(s) are problematic? Then I'll happily resolve the issue. Oona Wikiwalker (talk) 20:17, 7 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Used Earwigs copyvio detector and couldn't find anything, so we're probably good to just remove that tag. Should have been more specific when I added, apologies. Cerebral726 (talk) 20:28, 7 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Photo of Mengeringhausen on Jet Lag article

[edit]

Even though I have been convinced by the justification you made in the edit, and as such I won't try to revert it, I must point out that the 2nd place round took up nearly half of the whole game, and 2 and a half episodes of the season. I would say that counts as pretty darn prominent.

But then it is true that Mengeringhausen hardly shows up in the show at all, it isn't even namedropped in the video itself. That alone convinced me to accept your edit. But I hope you see where I'm coming from disputing the other part of your argument even though I agree with the conclusion. Cascadiawank (talk) 16:23, 27 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

While it is important (and the length and depth of the prose summary reflects that), it isn't as critical as was previously represented by the photo prominance and caption length. Cerebral726 (talk) 16:34, 27 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2025 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:39, 18 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Technical news

  • Starting on November 4, the IP addresses of logged-out editors are no longer being publicly displayed. Instead, they will have a temporary account associated with their edits.
  • Administrators will now find that Special:MergeHistory is now significantly more flexible about what it can merge. It can now merge sections taken from the middle of the history of the source (rather than only the start) and insert revisions anywhere in the history of the destination page (rather than only the start).
