Template:Colombian football updater

Hi there! I wanted to ask what you think the consensus should be regarding the updating of the Template:Colombian football updater. Do you think we should update it at the end of each half-season (Torneo) or just at the end of the year? I'd appreciate your opinion on this, thanks! Hello there! Well, if I had to choose one option I would go with updating the template at the end of the year rather than at the end of each tournament, basically for consistency and simplicity. That is because unlike the Spanish wiki, in which there is a separate article for both of the Primera A tournaments, the articles here are organized by seasons and besides, two out of the three tournaments currently covered by the template (Primera B and women's league) award their championships at the end of their respective seasons. I also believe that the aggregate table offers an accurate idea of a team's performance throughout the season, and making the updates based on the teams' final positions in the aggregate table is easier than making detailed lists for every team such as:

Apertura/Finalización first stage: Xth of XX

Apertura/Finalización Quadrangulars/semi-finals: Xth of XX

On the other hand, updating it based on aggregate table position allows to keep it simpler and consistent for every team while also adding notes if needed to denote tournament champions, promoted or relegated teams, for example:

7th of 20 (Apertura/Finalización champions), or

18th of 20 (relegated by average)

@Kajjul You reverted factual updates on teams that are already assured to take part in that competition, which is not (to quote your edit summary) an "Unexplained content edition which might not make the article better". In fact, what you just did with that reversion could be considered vandalism instead. Since you have just admitted that you don't know much about football, I would like to advise you with all due respect for a fellow editor, to look for topics you might be more knowledgeable about instead of messing with stuff you are not familiar with.
