As proof of the existence of no less than 12 musical settings of the 'Stabat mater', the corresponding Wikipedia article cites one single, in my opinion very weak/not necessarily reliable, source, the booklet of a CD by a Czech label: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stabat_Mater#cite_ref-Supraphon1988_12-0 I plan to, wherever possible, replace this with single links to the corresponding scores on IMSLP, e.g. https://imslp.org/wiki/Stabat_Mater%2C_NJE_25.9_(Josquin_Desprez) . WikiProject Articles for creation is holding a month long Backlog Drive in December!
The goal of this drive is to reduce the backlog of unreviewed drafts to less than half a month of outstanding reviews from the current 2+ months. Bonus points will be given for reviewing drafts that have been waiting more than 30 days. The drive is running from 1 December 2025 through 31 December 2025.

You may find Category:AfC pending submissions by age or other categories and sorting helpful.

Barnstars will be given out as awards at the end of the drive.
