No good deed...
[edit]Remember when you wrote this, offering to help me with potential articles? Are you already feeling vague pangs of regret for having done so? Well, I have a potential new page located here, and it could certainly benefit from your (or any of your jaguars') thoughts/comments, and perhaps even edits if you are so compelled. It is a short, fragment-y page about a deceased musician who, although not exactly a household name, is/was known and respected in some dark, hidden corners of the rock and roll universe. I started the page a while back, quickly forgot about it, and recently decided to revisit it. Primary on my list of questions: is this person sufficiently notable for a WP page? Are the available sources sufficiently strong? I suspect the answer to both is "no," but perhaps I am wrong.
Feel free to give this request a hard pass if you wish. AFAIK the article subject has absolutely nothing to do with pseudoscience or woo, which might or might not be a good thing. Thanks. JoJo Anthrax (talk) 18:38, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- I might have some time today to take a look. Sgerbic (talk) 18:45, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) How dare you two work on something other than ufology. You put our massive CIA funding in jeopardy! But I jest. As a Brit, I haven't got a Scooby about your obscure Yank rock and rollers, but carry on. - LuckyLouie (talk) 18:49, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- Ix-nay on the undin-fay, you imey-lay it-gay. We have everything under control - it's all part of The Plan. JoJo Anthrax (talk) 19:22, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- By the way, rumor has it that Sgerbic herself is pictured in the "Alien versus predator" section of the above link. Who are we to argue against that? JoJo Anthrax (talk) 19:43, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- Oh wow, Hillary and I might be the same person!
- LuckyLouie, I had always pictured you as a Brit but then I thought about it and said I've never seen you post using UK spelling. So I think you are just messing with everyone. I haven't been paying attention as I should, I also thought you joined Wikipedia after me but as I stalk your talk page also, I just saw you had an anniversary. You started in 2014. I thought they proved that you are editing 24/7 and a bunch of us were taking turns to use your account to edit. And now that I see the low about of edits you have actually made, I'm so sad. I thought we were in control? Sgerbic (talk) 21:06, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- You are obviously unaware of various hidden powers the CIA has granted us. Chief among them is the mysterious power to cloud men's minds. For example, one can make a British spelling look like American spelling. One can cause numbers such as 2006 to appear to be 2014. One could edit 24/7 but only show a fraction of that. Chetsford can arrange a refresher course at Langley for you. - LuckyLouie (talk) 21:29, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- I've no time for that. I just did my monthly vanity search on X and learned that I'm supposed to be secretly running arXiv. [1] I wish someone would at least ask me before they give me these assignments. Chetsford (talk) 21:34, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- Ahhh thank you Master for the refresher. Where is Chetsford these days? I know he was on "vacation" but actually we know the truth, he was meeting with the higher-ups to handle The Plan and I await my new purpose. Sgerbic (talk) 21:35, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- Guess Chetsford is back! What's the new plan? Did we get the raise? Are they finally giving up on the egg-salad that everyone hates at our yearly Cabal meetup? Are we meeting under the volcano again in 2026?
- I got a shout-out by Corbell and Knapp who were complaining they aren't invited to the fun parties (link won't work but look up "2025 Corbell and Knapp would like an invite to SkeptiCamp" on the Susan Gerbic YouTube channel if interested) but they didn't show the full tweet, probably because I was trolling Lue and they don't want to hurt his feelings. - Do you think "black vault" is a RS for images and interpretation of images? - LuckyLouie (talk) 00:03, 1 November 2025 (UTC)

- So taking a look now and clearly you are not GSoW as your whole editing style is different from how I train. Mainly the part about proving they are notable before starting a sandbox. And if we are in The Secret Cabal then why are we talking in public ... unless that is what we want them to think? Playing 3D chess makes my head hurt. You know that Heatherly is going down the rabbit hole right now and he and Ford are going to do a 5-hour video on this discussion. They will find some way to make Char Vinnedge into code for hiding UFO disclosure.
- Looking it over now, I've not worked on an article for a musician and now that she is dead the rules for BLP are different. But I don't think you have proved Wikipedia notability. The citations you are using are blogs and websites that aren't reliable sources but websites. She sounds like an awesome person, but with these citations I'm not seeing how this would pass.
- But I'm no expert on this, since you have already done all this work, the easiest thing to do would be to format the citations correctly and make it live. Someone will probably let you know quite quickly by deleting it. Though it might be okay, I'm not aware of the websites you are using.
- Get back to work on keeping UFO disclosure from happening, we have to stay vigilant and continue to suppress the evidence. Just yesterday someone on Twitter said he hopes I go to prison soon[https://x.com/GeorgieMySon75/status/1983237394963874006], so when I'm hauled before Congress or that RICO case happens, someone like you JoJo has to continue to keep people on Twitter and Reddit from knowing about our space masters from Alpha X that are arriving soon to colonize the Earth. We can't have them being forewarned about the danger ahead. Sgerbic (talk) 21:20, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for your comments on the "Char Vinnedge" proto-article (you know what I'm talking about). I knew it was suspect, given the almost exclusively bloggy nature of the sourcing. But she was a real trooper and I thought it would be a nice distraction for me, and a nod to her memory, to assemble...something. Maybe I'll dig a bit deeper for more "information" (again, you know what I am talking about). I learned about "her" after I purchased a Luv'd Ones record several years ago. I got it at that smokin' record shop on Altair IV, you know the place. We were all so sad when it closed. Thanks also for Officially ConfirmingTM my Status with the GSoW. I am sure The Others will enthusiastically accept that claim, as they do all other evidence-free, non-verified(able) claims. And oh yes, about your upcoming "RICO case," I will send my legal team to you to provide assistance. JoJo Anthrax (talk) 13:39, 30 October 2025 (UTC)
- WP:MUSICIAN. Drop a note on the Talk page. They have a lot of experience with finding sources for obscure musicians. - LuckyLouie (talk) 16:53, 30 October 2025 (UTC)
