Also, I wanted to let you know about an upcoming conference: WikiConference North America, in New York City, October 16–19, 2025. I realize it's short notice, but if you are able to attend, even for a day or two, it would be lovely to meet you, get to know you and learn more about your PhD work, talk more about Women in Red, women's articles (biographies, their works, etc.) at AfD, a feminist perspective about Wikipedia, etc. No worries if you're busy with other things. -- Rosiestep (talk) 14:42, 24 September 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks a lot for the message. I really appreciate you recieved my solution and feedback on that. I think the tool should be addressed by QLever since that is originally named by the research team who developed the SPARQL Engine at the University of Freiburg led by Hannah Bast. In addition, QLever is a query engine that lets us run SPARQL queries directly on Wikidata. Like Humanwiki, it relies on Wikidata’s data, so it can be used to generate similar gender-gap statistics for biographies. This means QLever can serve as an additional or fallback option alongside Humanwiki.
- I am really pleased to hear about the conference and would definitely be glad to attend. Unfortunately, at the same time I will be at CSCW 2025 in Norway, where I am presenting my work on gender bias in Articles for Deletion. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to attend WikiConference next time. Thank you again for informing me.
