ArbCom 2025 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:59, 18 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

November 2025

Hello, I'm Sarsenet. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you unlinked one or more redlinks from Salmon n' Bannock. Redlinks are useful and can often be helpful, so we don't remove them just because they are red. They help improve Wikipedia by attracting editors to create needed articles.

In addition, clicking on the "What links here" link (in the tools listed at the left in desktop view) on a missing article shows how many—and which—articles depend on that article being created. This can help prioritize article creation. Please only remove a redlink if you are pretty sure that it is to a non-notable topic and not likely ever to be created. Also, please don't needlessly change between varieties of English. Sarsenethe/they•(talk) 08:22, 18 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

How's it going?

Hey, long time no see, but I think we've worked together in the past. How have you been? Wikieditor662 (talk) 02:25, 29 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Things are going well. Once you get into the flow of things, Wikipedia is a good pastime. How are you finding it? TimeToFixThis | 🕒 09:56, 29 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I'm doing good! Say, I'm planning on creating a group/project; you can find what I've drafted so far here. Would you like to join? Wikieditor662 (talk) 18:44, 29 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds good, I'll take a look when I get a second. TimeToFixThis | 🕒 01:06, 30 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Infoboxes

Based on this 2018 RFC on infoboxes, is why we don't have 'acting' or 'interim' etc, below the office. GoodDay (talk) 00:47, 4 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
