Keep - Plenty of detail coverage in independent third sources - some of which I've added in the ref. Not just independent sources from Google News but Google Books as well as evident in my edit, and that's just some of the sources I could be bothered to add at the time. If it was not notable it wouldn't have received such coverage. It is one of the old Black American publications and one of the first to have an online presence at least within its area.Senegambianamestudy (talk) 23:36, 1 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
