This is an article that has been deleted twice[1], both times as a non-notable company (and also as spam on the first occasion). It has been recreated twice, the last by an SPA. Effectively, both the speedy and then the prod have been contested so I'm bringing it here. It seems to me that the subject, a company that provides GIS services, is still not notable and fails WP:CORP; the article says nothing much more than it exists and what it does.
