This article was speedy deleted in May under the title Poughkeepsie Tapes (with a capitalized Tapes). It's now returned without a capital. It appears to be a half-truth/half-fiction advert for an "underground phenomenon" independent film. 58 Google hits for it and only 7 when you include the filmmakers' name.
