The article Rizwan Sajan has been deleted 7 times, with 5 of those through AFD (last one at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rizwan Sajan (5th nomination)). In addition, Draft:Rizwan Sajan has been created multiple times, by two different sockmasters (see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/WikiWriter4Peanuts/Archive and Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Farooqahmadbhat/Archive) and their socks.
Now another editor, Dk159123, appears earlier today for the first time, apparently with significant editing experience already, and among other activities he creates a new draft on the same topic. The content is different from prior deleted versions, but the experience of this editor and past repeated attempts to create an article on this topic might suggest a connection.
