Your userpage

[edit]

I don't think you are allowed to keep a list of people you think are bad editors on your userpage. I'm WP:BOLDly going to go ahead and remove that. doozy (talkcontribs)⫸ 12:12, 6 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

But these are bad editors, factually. They have always dragged down new editors and editors who do stuff right. You could probably see some people literally scold these editors, whether or not they do things right, and they do not care. Thank you for your edits, but this is the truth. Please think on this, genuinely.

Your submission at Articles for creation: Bloom (Lewis Capaldi EP) (September 23)

[edit]
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Sksatsuma was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Although charting is one of the alternative criteria for notability, as the EP itself didn't chart, this doesn't qualify. Additionally, notability isn't inherited, ie even though the songs may be notable, that doesn't necessarily establish that the EP itself is.

Therefore this would need to be assessed against WP:GNG. I would suggest finding more indpendent, reliable sources which discuss the topic in depth (for example your Clash magazine reference would fulfil this criteria).

Reviews are often a good source for musical releases, especially for a well established and notable artist such as Capaldi.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Hi,
I don’t know if you can help with this, but I couldn’t find any reviews that could have been in the article, but maybe I overlooked. Could you please help me find some reviews for Bloom?
Thanks,

One Simple Trick moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to One Simple Trick 2. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because unreliable and primary sourcing amd not verified to pass notability criteria.. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. 🇵🇸‍🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦‍🇵🇸 07:04, 19 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for telling me, although this is someone else’s draft that I contributed to, but you’re probably aware anyway.
I have to admit, I didn’t it was ready for mainspace as well, even though I still contributed, so thank you for doing this.
Best,

Your submission at Articles for creation: One Simple Trick (October 20)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Dan arndt was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Fails the requirements of WP:NALBUM, needs significant coverage about the album, not the various singles. Noting Musicbrainz, Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music are not acceptable or reliable secondary sources.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

The comment the reviewer left was:
As previously stated in order to address WP:NALBUM, there needs to be significant coverage about the album, not the preceding EPS or singles. In the background section there is a significant amount of original research (i.e. material without any references or sources). The Rock'n'Load article appears to be a press release rather than a review (primary source). The Sputnik reference is just a collection of user reviews not professional reviews. Needs to find better references/reviews before resubmitting.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.
